Notes
Taking high quality textile goods of the captal de Buch to Gascony in 1379. Merchant of Bordeaux, granted, at his own request,
a licence to take wheat from Boston to Bordeaux in 1374. Described as merchant and burgess of Bordeaux in 1375 when he received
a similar grant for wheat and beans. Also in 1375 granted a licence to ship wheat bought in Prussia from Boston to Bordeaux.
In 1376 he was granted a licence to ship beans bought in Lincolnshire and Northamptonshire from Boston to Bordeaux in 1376.
