Notes
In 1347, Duport was requesting compensation for his losses for supporting the king in the lands of Pey de Moy and his brothers.
However, in 1354, he was the guardian of Pey's son Johan, and Pey was identified as Duport's nephew. It would seem that the
request may have been a way of securing family land, with the family divided by the war. Apparently one of those instrumental
in bringing La Réole back into the king's obedience. Burgess of La Réole (1347).
